Barbie Cake

Here is the cake I made for my daughter's 4th birthday. Everthing is edible apart from the butterfly wings and the barbie itself. I had heaps of fun doing this but would like to learn how to do 'proper' icing that has that glossy look to it.

    That cake looked magnificent. It's a shame it had to be eaten - having said that, the cake itself was soooooooooooo delicious!!!
